Maybe 2011 could be the Bears year. They have certainly wasted some great chances
to win a Super Bowl over the last few years.

The football world cup is fast approaching. Expect dramas and controversy like the "hand of frog" incident

It is amazing to me that Crabtree ended his holdout. Hopefully the bears get the better end of this Gained Adams trade.

At least they are no lions when it comes to drafting. It seems like half the people they drafted were busts. I wonder how that Joey Harrington to Charles Rogers combo is working for them.

I'm sure the 49ers are thinking that right now as they face a draft pick that is threatening to sit out the entire season and re-enter the draft next year. The Bears have had their share of busts in the higher picks of the draft as well.

It amazes me when you look back at that draft class the top 3 qb's taken have all faced adversity. Vince Young and Matt Leinhart both looks like career backups at best, and Cutler is getting a fresh start where he can hopefully flourish. It just goes to show you how the draft can go. Nobody is a sure thing.

Absolutely; with the addition of Cutler you have to move the Bears up as the favorite to win the North. It will be interesting to see how much he improves the play of the receivers, and how the defense will fare with an offense that should be able to minimize the 3-and-outs.

I think they are a favorite to take the nfc north this year. The conference itself is very weak and with the addition of Jay Cutler, there is no doubt in my mind that they bears should be the favorite to win this year.
